looks like it will work well
maybe even be very good .. depends on your used transistors and current levels 2 resistors serve no good purpose: those two at most far right = from POWER Transistors collectors. The only thinkable purpose, that they may do, is to reduce Max Output current = some protection. Other wise these 2 resistorswill only make output stage work more BAD Lineup regars

really at the moment i have tested FET parallel with IGBT
works very good (k170 and J74 + GT20D101/201) ![]() THE PROBLEM is found an equivalent circuit because this TOSHIBA devices are hard to buy
