Irf 513 Circuits
i just discovered in my shop exist about 120 devices from HARRIS semiconductors ( i used them in the 1999 in a switching application)
since my company doesnt deal with this any more do you have any ideas or circuits were these can be used and how ???? i ve seen this but others are welcome also
