SPICE models for MJ3001/2501
Hello Everyone,
Does anyone have SPICE models for the MJ3001/2501 transistors? Those transistors are darlington complementer pairs, among other for audio PA final stages. I only found the datasheets, neither OnSemi, or STmicro had any simulation models. The diyaudio site only had one thread about the application of these transistors. Thanks, Peter |
