Simple question....does anyone know of a supplier that stocks Sil-Pad A2000 or Sil-Pad 2000 that would be suitable for TO-247 cases and sells in reasonable quantities?
I've tried looking but to no avail.... |

I think Berquist is the manufacture. If so, Digi-key might have them. I bought some form of that when I built my A75 a few months ago in a 247 package. Good Luck.

Tried mica? Have it sliced thin......I believe they'll outperform silpads. a little messy though.....
