Mystery amplifier ... no clue?

in some audio collection zip stuff i downloaded yesterday

anybody knows this mystery amplifier?

to me it looks not as a complete figure
but probably could be made to work
it looks more like some operational amplifier topology, to me

... from somewhere
still i am not at all sure what is really this

cant help wondering
who came up with this half finished circuit
without any comments, values or anything
maybe his wife gave him some order to wash some laundry
or go to buy some food for their evening supper
and so he had no choice but to leave it this way ... and then forgot about it


QUESTION 1:
Is it it possible to make something nice & good out of such a setup?

QUESTION 2:
How would you go on and use this input stage?
