i need a circuit of Amp protection to the out (short protection).... with Relay it will be good...

This is a DC protection circuit, to prevent the speakers from blowing in case of amplifier fault. It doesn't protect the amplifier itself from blowing up.

I'm not quite sure what you want, but all electrical equipment should have a built in fuse in before the transformer. This will blow in the event of a problem.
