Lateral Power MOSFET collection, PDF
I set up one ostripper
file server Anybody needs Lateral MOSFET datasheets I have most of them here in my collection. also have many Vertical dataheets for IRF MOSFETs at the same file server. http://lineup.selfip.com:8080/ If anyone wants me to, I may add all my AUDIO Transistors datasheets for download in one and same place.
