Hi Stee,

maybe it's just me, but I don't understand your drawing. If that's the full amp on the right hand side, then I would say you really don't want to cut the input signal with diodes. Sure they're necessary for biasing, but in that case you would need to AC-couple.

For AC-coupling a set of resistors would do the job as well. Or a current source to boost PSRR.

But maybe the whole mystery lies in the left hand side of your drawing?

you may want to put some GATE STOPPER resistors
into those Lateral MOSFET.

your idea is a good one

1. Op-Amp for Voltage amplifier, with feedback
2. Complementary Push-Pull MOSFET + BJT CFB (Sziklai) output. Class A.

Possible problems:
1. Difficulty to control the current level in output stage.
Advice:
Use very big heatsinks,
and some sort of temperature feedback from heatsink to those diodes that set the VGS of mosfets

2. Oscillations in output stage.
As you are using very fast transistors in output
and they are put to give 100% local feedback to eachother
you have to be observant what happens there
and maybe put in some compensation capacitance to reduce risc of instabilty.
The COLLECTOR of 2SA1943 is in contact with SOURCE of 2SK176
which sends current to BASE of 2SA1943.
And so there can be one Oscillation loop, if you are unlucky.

possible found on ebay

this component is difficult to have for testing

but I think it's a safety solution
similar of first version but not the same

for load better build a loudspeaker with two devices in parallel
to have 2 Ohm and good performace in power
