I am looking for plans or such for a very high resolution pre-amp. I need it to extend to about 10Mhz before rolling off. 5 would be ok, but 10 is better. This is for a non-audio application, but I thought someone here might know something.
Does anyone know if Eric Wallins Pre-amp2 can be easily modified (via op-amp change, or couple of parts change) to accomidate this? I already have one an could do a parts swap if it would work. Thanks!! |

There are many high speed op-amps that can accomplish what you want, but the layout is crucial. See Elliot's page for some discussion using such an op-amp: http://sound.westhost.com/highspeed.htm

Try something like a Burr-Brown (aka TI)
OPA686 or OPA687
