Got them all , Len and poy... I'm fast ,can either archive or
even create 100-200 hr. A fast DIY computer sure helps, too.

TS1 =

Core 2 quad 1.86GHz (real quiet and cool ,HT)

4-640G WD harddrives

2-320G seagate harddrives

2- real fast 160G RAID (for OS)

WinXP3 with HPS 2.2 server

3 Tbytes movies/music/pdf/ZIP

Thank you :)
OS.

P.S. Lineup, I know you like to criticize others, you irritated
Destroyer X on his thread, but it doesn't bother me... :)

Anyway, I made a mistake..we all do occasionally.
Half the links on DIYaudio dont work, am I going to jump
down everybody's throat over it... no!!

TS1 is my localhost. sorry for mistake..

Suggestions for projects ??

I know our first love is to tinker with our audio.. (Oh,yeah.. can't
forget about the wife. ),but other projects can be just as
rewarding.

In this directory:

PROJECTS DATABASE

I have expanded the sub directories to include more wind/solar
and Industrial projects. Any suggestions for unique or
exotic DIY projects welcome. :)

P.S ... I add 20 to 100 projects a day so your suggestions would be
quickly added to the database.

Thanks for the yamaha manuals..

As of today, 14012 projects and manuals have been served
by the "Cheetah".

Also, thanks for the Yamaha service manuals today... :)

Still , I would appreciate a better ratio of uploads by some,
as I personally have added 300+ interesting and proven
project plans and schematics to the "pile".

All items must pass a few tests...

1.I must see a finished product somewhere in the article.

2.No obvious electrical / fire or safety hazard in the project.

3.A good size to information ratio (I try to avoid 10meg files).

4. Errors and backwards compatibility...A file must open
with foxit PDF reader and and the old Adobe 5.0 with no errors
or lockup. (some people have win 98/IE5, believe it or not!!)

Happy browsing , OS. :drink:
