2n5551 should be OK for the BC117. As for the BC143, you are going to have to use a different package if you want more modern. MJE350 perhaps but thats only 500 ma IC. The BC143 is listed as 1 amp. Is it not one of a complementary pair of drivers.

Looks like you've blown one power channel.
If only one driver has gone, i.e. T9 - BC143, I'd replace both as you are not going to get a good complementary match with one of the alternatives given above. I would replace both with either BD139/140 pair or the
MJE 340/350 pair.
Alternatively if you've got the version with 2N3055 outputs, use 2N3053 (NPN) and 2N4037 as drivers which are from the same (RCA) family.
