Well can you swap the channels on the pre/power amp bridge connectors to see if it's a preamp fault or poweramp?
There could be a lot more than just the output transistors. Dead transistors might give distorted sound, but if it's totally quiet, I'd look at other things first.

It looks like everyone has a 1060 with a dead channel. I got one recently of the big auction site, described as non working.
I have been fiddling a bit, and with a new fuse it is working, left channel is perfect, right channel completely distorted.
I checked and adjusted bias on left channel, but I get no measure of bias on right channel, on any position of the potentiometer.
Nothing looks burned.
Anyone can point me out on what transistors to replace?
I am not very experienced on finding faults, so all help will be helpfull

issues are never the same, you'll have to get the service manual and perform a little investigative work. you're issue does sound similar to the original posters, read through the tread and perform the same measurements to see if yours is the same.
Also having 1 of the 2 channels working, you can also take measurements from one side and compare to the other.
