I found a nice ml29 on craig's list that this guy wants to sell for 500$. But, of course there is a but, one channel is low in volume and garbbled. Other then then bad channel everything else is tip top (clean inside and mint looking on outside). My question is: if worst case scenirio (whole side is fried) can I get the parts to have it fixed locally? I live in orlando FL. I spoke with a stereo repair person who advised me that parts for levinson's are sometimes very hard or impossible to get. Is this true?

The input parts may be hard to find for some of the models.
However, the 50W No29 is sort of a budget model and only carries affordable components. e.g. the matched bjt input pair of the No29 is a TO-5 metal can LM394, the correct type will not be cheap but pretty easy to obtain. $500 is really cool.
