Question Problem with Classic 8.0b

Hi all,

My Classic 8.0b won't start. It's never done this before, but the red LED on the front never goes green, and it doesn't actually "start" - it just keeps the red light on and does nothing. The passive cooling is divided in two, and only the right side gets warm after a while..
The manual is in chinese, and I'm not really familiar with power amp shematics..

Do any of you guys have any idea of what the problem could be, or where I should start troubleshooting?

Here's another clue: When I tried switching on the "turn-on" relay manually I got 65 volts on the left channel's speaker terminal (blowing one of my cheap test-speakers (phew))..
What could cause this?
