Blurry Signal

I just hooked up a new amp to my scope and one of the channels is blurry. Instead of a sharp sine wave (like to other channel) it is a wide blurry one. When I touch the back of a certian transistor the signal becomes sharp. Hmmmmm?? Before I start unsoldering components I thought I would ask if this is a common symptom of something (besides a crapy amp).

What you got there is possibly hum, probably HF oscillation.
