i recently got a a3cd player but the digital coaxial wont work but the optical will and so i dont think it is the dac i took it apart and see no wires broke any suggestions maybe solder ne jack any thoughts thanks

Maybe thinking of something else here but two posibilities come to mind.
1. You need to scope it to be sure there nothing coming out. Isn't there a 5 v standard as well. What is the output and what is the input sensitivity of whatever your trying to connect it to ? 2. Does it have the option of turning it off via software. i.e. The remote, or a combination of buttons to press. |
