are there news about the availability of custom specific software of Anders Thule's "Spirit" amplifier and cd player line?

"Gato Shop" and "hifiklubben" offer only very few "hardware" replacement parts, as I heard from them.

For me it isn't not possible for programming to reconstruct the appropriate software about reverse engineering after know of all operating instructions and the regarded reactions, that happen after this (e. g. "OPEN" after 3-second press of the multi function button).

Who knows a diyaudio forum respective audio/hifi forum in english from the scandinavian countries?

Perhaps I have success, if I start a thread regarded the needed costom made software there.

Somewhere, the CD ROM with the software must have stayed. Either Mr. Anders Thule sells them too (but to a different company than those mentioned here) or still he has it, but does not know that his formerly distributor in Germany needed this to perform better service than presently (by the way, I am the service man for all Thule Audio components except multichannel and dvd devices).
There are some faulty operating PCBs from amplifier and some faulty EPROMs from CD-150B. Because there are no possibilities to order the custom programmable operating MCU the software would be needed.

My hope is, that a forum member of a Scandinavian Forum knows Mr Anders Thule.

There are quite some danes here at www.diyaudio.com, because there is no forum for electronics in danish. There are regular hifi-forums, likke HIFI4ALL.DK | Magasin om HiFi, Hi-Fi, Surround Sound og Audio Video and Nerds.DK, but they have very little diy/service stuff - believe me: The people from Denmark that wants to discuss diy and service - they do it here at diyaudio.com.

You could try one of the above mentioned forums, but Anders Thule might not be able to or might not be willing to help you. The company did go bankrupt you know, so some creditor mighthave taken over the leftovers, and sold what was anything worth to gato-shop and hifiklubben, and thrown the rest of it in the bin.
And/or Mr. Anders Thule might be occupied with other business leaving him no time to service products from wich he made so few money, that he could not pay the expenses for producing them.

I don't know any of this for certain, but I am just trying to tell you that you might be facing a dead end.
Sorry.

It's not easy to say it delicately, but the name (for a company) 'Thule' does not have the best connotations associated with it. Even if it is the owner's name and he is a good person.
