I had the same problem and eventually had one sent from an American site about 10 days ago. The component and parts list is very clear but the schematics are rather small and difficult to read. A very useful setting up procedure is included. The info cost about £7.
My 3130 cost £11 at an amateur radio junk sale - it needs TLC but should be quite useful when fixed. Main problems are noisy switches and one channel of the phono preamp is producing random noise.
