Qkits.com amps/preamps - opinions?

Hey guys, I was looking at some amp/preamp kits from qkits.com
The specific ones that I had in mind are http://www.qkits.com/serv/qkits/vell...ages/K8021.asp for preamp and 2 of these http://www.qkits.com/serv/qkits/vell...ages/K8040.asp for the amp.

I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with them, and specifically any experience with these kits. I saw a thread about the other amps, and there were some good things said about the kits, but nothing about these or about the general service from qkits.com.

Originally I was going to buy from diyhifisupply, but that would have turned out too much after duty and tax (18%!!!). So I decided to try something locally (in Canada).

I'd like to know what sort of experience you've had dealing with them. If you needed any support, did they offer it? What quality kits do the offer?
basically any complaints and praises you have

i was looking at the 8040 for amp, and 8021 for preamp.
btw, how much are you selling your preamp for?

make me a offer you know what i paid for it. ? youll see on ther site. also AWSOME support. ? i hade one small problem not in maual about the 220v and 110 v but solved nice products though i want to sell mine becase i never use it.

well i don't really wanna buy it .. i just wanted know what sort of price you'd put on it
seeing it comes in a kit form for $400ish, and you put a lot of work in putting it together

i wanna stay w/ the look of the 80xx series .. VERY nice lookin i'd say

what sort of quality are their parts/kits?
