Interesting document that reveals interesting fact about the "bad" Hitachi/Renesas mosfets and the "good" vertical mosfets. Much to read.

I didn't think Hitachi/Renesas were called bad or IR good!

I think Table 5 sums it up. Good paper, interesting investigation.
