Does anyone have spice models for J310 and J271 jfets?

2sj74V and 2SK170V will be close enough , for your (our ) needs

No problema, at least bad choky gave good advice, if you gonna use jfets in audio use those toshibas he mentioned.

nope ; I just saw schematic ( same as one shown here on forum , but I didn't analyzed it ; there is certainly at least few mistakes in that schematic .......

why you ask that ?

I listened to one and compared to my electrocompaniet aw250, needless to say i was impressed, thinking of making a clone.
