Using 5x220w parasound 2205a for stereo bi-amping, good or better off?

Hi
I was looking for 2 power amps for bi-amping my system,
speakers are Dali Suite 2.8

I came across parasound 220Wx5 at a funny price (cheap)
and im thinking of getting it and bi-amping my speakers (using 4 channels)

would it be good idea?
would the sound be as clear as in 2 separate amp's?
would the crosstalk kill the sound benefits?
I would be using it for stereo only.

Hardly any. There will probably not be an audible difference as both amps still get the same signal to amplify. If you would have an active filter ahead of the amp that's where it pays off.
