Hello world, I searched and would like an opinion as I am still learning the semi side of things. Can you upgrade an amplifier that has Sanken 2SC3519A to Sanken 2SC3264? I have the links to the data sheets here:
http://www.sanken-ele.co.jp/en/prod/.../2sc3519ae.pdf http://www.sanken-ele.co.jp/en/prod/...f/2sc3264e.pdf Or would the 2SA2151A be a better fit http://www.allegromicro.com/en/Produ...4111/94111.pdf |

Yes both are different packages. I was just wonder from a specification point of view are they the same, better, worse. I have no problem creating new heatsinks and proper mounting for this little project of mine. Most thanks!!

I can see that SC3519/SC3264 both are very good transistor. I have use their peers and found it excellent. Very good gain, frequency, SOA. And finally the amp's sound is great
