Can the IRF1820 Mosfets be replaced in this circuit as I can't find them or datasheet.
What part would be most suitable & what component value changes would be needed? |

It's IRF820 (rather than IRF1820) and they are in stock at both of these distributors. I've built some of Gary's CCS's and they work great.

Could you explain the difference in operation for the pentode vs the mosFET connection options?
