Default Hiraga Monstre with SMPS?

Hi,

I have two dozen of 12V/60W SMPS (Iripple = 120mV @ 5A load).
As i'm in need for a tweeter amplifier (B&G Neo3... 4Ohms), what do you think, would the monstre be an adequate driver?

Currently, tweeters are driven by a LM4766 configured in parallel, running off +-12V from exactly the same SMPS I've mentioned before.

I thought of using some sort of LowPass Filter for the input stage (or even spending a separate regulated linear supply for the input stage). SMPS switching frequency is ~70Khz.
Output caps inside the SMPS are 2x Chemicon KZE 1500µ || 2x OS-Con 470µ, so ripple current should not be a problem.

Monstre build will be the updated version with 2SK170/2SJ74, BC550/BC560 and Power Transistors t.b.d. .

I know this is a quite an "uncommon" approach to Class A, but I'll be happy for any comments.

Cheers
