My money is on the Toshiba's. For what one pair of Sankens would cost me I could buy four pair of the C5200s. Sanken's devices are awesome if you're trying to minimze the number you have to put in parallel to maximize open loop bandwidth. But if you are free to parallel as many as you wish, the 5200's are dirt cheap from Digi-key and you will get more SOA and current capacity per dollar.
