Hi John,
Isn't FB most be taken after bootstrap cap connection on the output? And isn't Boucherot-cell needed on the output? Anyway IMHO these diodes in the driver stage doesn't allow enough voltage drive! |

I have used cfp output stages for 25 years with great results!!!! I have built them on pcb,s and vero board with good results.
Always use base stopper resistors on both the output devices and drivers 10 ohm for output 220 ohm for the driver I know that these output stages are more thermally stable than any other output scheme .As the vbe drop that occurs on the output devices when they warm up is not seen by the bias stages. regards Trev |
