Hi everyone. The fuse on my Marantz amplifier has blown and it seems to be a discontinued type, at least according to Maplins. It is a 'T16 5AL' 250V. Does anyone know of a suitable alternative fuse I could buy?
Many thanks! kinvig london |

Hi,
It seems to me that is T 1.65A ~250V fuse. You can replace it with T 1.6A ~250V (slow blow) fuse. Check dimensions first, it can be 6.3x32mm (more likely) or 5x20mm. Regards, Ivan |

How did the fuse blow? Did the wire inside it just snap cleanly, or was the inside of the glass blackened? If it's the latter, dont just put in another fuse!
