Thanks Mooly - I will give it a go tomorrow.

But Andrew isn't that going to speed up power up sequence and defeat the purpose of the muting relay in the first place?

Just to report - I put a 100k across the C11 and it worked as a charm.

If C12 is controlling the start delay and also delaying the off change, then it's in the wrong place.
