We can't help you unless you post a circuit diagram of what your trying to do.

Hi,
what is the voltage on the output?
How far can the output voltage swing until either rail starts to limit?
Can you move the quiescent bias voltage on the output to equalise the available swings to either supply rail?

The reason is that the constant current source needs a finite voltage across it to work properly.
