Default Tiger Amp

Hi to All Members:

I Ronald and new of building amp stuff.

I have here an amplifier which came from a friend of mind.
I have already assmbled it but it sound like dragging when increasing music sound into 15-90% volume.

hope anybody could help me.

There are several 'tiger' amps.
Do you know which one?
