Your opinion on Lite audio A-15

Does anyone have any experience with this pre-amp from Lite audio

The description gives the impression that LM394 is used which doesn't seem to be true. Otherwise, nice board and pretty good value.

It is - I got the board already.

It has two LM394 and one LF412A. It looks like nice symmetrical layout and it works on regulated +/-24V supply.
