That schematic has mistakes - look at the 5k6 resistor.

And I don't know why everyone insists on making that resistor too big. According to my calculations the 5.6k should be around 3k. As it is, the differential balance is going to *really* suck, if it even works at all. It needs to drop .8 volts or so at half the total LTP current - which, IMO, is too low to begin with.
And of course the resistor needs to be moved. |
