Would you be interested to learn how to run simulations ?

If you have a PC type computer you can download for free a very good simulation tool that is quite popular by people on this forum - meaning that you can get some help using it.

d1 & d1 should be parallel not series.
1360 is not suitable as driver.

Hello AndrewT.
Thanks for you reply.
Why 2SA1360 is not suitable as driver?
• Complementary to 2SC3423
• Small collector output capacitance: Cob = 2.5 pF (typ.)
• High transition frequency: fT = 200 MHz (typ.)

the complementary pair are not suitable for driver duty.
They are excellent for VAS duty and for pre-driver duty.

Choose a higher power, higher current pair for driver duty. Try between 20W to 60W AND between 1A to 4A
The 1360 is only 5W and 50mA
