Post RCA Solid State '74 Databook

Hi,

I'm looking for a copy of the RCA Solid State '74 Databook Series; Power Transistors and Power Hybrid Circuits (SSD-204B) - principally the schematic of the ~40W quasicomplementary amp.

Lot thanks,

Donk

Hi,

Thx, but I already knew that site.

i have the book, and there is no description of the amp given, but there is a list of specs for the amp and a distortion curve and freq response curve. that's it.....

power out:
40W/8 ohms
55W/4 ohms

distortion:
1% THD at rated power
0.1% IMD 4:1 60/7khz at 4W

sensitivity:
600mV for full output

hum and noise:
-80db input shorted
-75db w/ 2k terminated 20ft cable

input impedance:
20k

freq response (interpreted from graph):
-3db at 5hz and 100khz
-1db at 10hz and 50khz

that's all there is. the amp is shown only as a "typical application" for two different transistors with no other description given.

the application notes in the book are geared toward linear and switching regulator design for power supplies.
