Hi All,
Here is a perfect example of a company who is completely "unclear on the concept". I wrote them on June, 13 via email for some technical information on one of their products. It uses the Linear Technology T1166 with the numbers scraped off. Anyway, the schematic is missing that section because it's a big secret. My reply arrived on the 19th of this month. They will not release any technical information to anyone but their own service centers. (where?) Their importer into Canada and I assume the US (V Max Services) has done their best so far. What to do? I thanked them for increasing the costs to their customer and recommended they examine how other companies support their customers. I have attempted to order the chip locally, but it is a no stock item. Figures. -Chris
