TLX PS10 Subwoofer

I have a JBL TLX PS10 Subwoofer with no sound comming from it I have dowloaded the service manual with schematics. The area appears to be in the amplifier section the test voltage that I am getting at the K1 relay is supposed to be -540 mv I am only reading half of that any ideas, I still have not checked the transistors to see if they are shorted as that requires removing them from the circuit.

After replacing 2 diodes 1 large capacitor and the relay in the circuit this project was done and the subwoofer was working again.

have you still got the service manual for the JBL TLX PS10?
