ILP Power Amplifier Modules

Has anyone had any experience of ILP power modules, they seem very reasonably priced, Well over here in the UK they are

So i am wondering are they any good, ie reliable, sound qaulity

Gary, I purchased two of these in 1988. I think they were 120 Watt MOSFET versions. I blew them up after a few days. Things may have changed since then? The designs must be different now?

For the short precious moments I listened to them, they seemed to be very clean sounding. I was only driving a set of 3 way speakers with 12 inch woofers when they died.

I have a few of these modules from the early 80s... 1 set of the 170W modules is sitting in a power amp that got a whole lot of abuse as part of a PA rig and is still fine...

I'd be happy to part with the unused modules for cost of shipping plus a donation to the forum (i'd have to find them)

I know its been quite a while since your last post, but might you by any chance still be holding onto those ILP units? Someone in Nairobi is/would be interested in them...
