Wim's hybrid interstage amp

I need some assistance regarding too much DC on the output of this amp (300 mV). I would appreciate any input in troubleshooting this issue. Scematic is attached. Thanks

You're saying the 2K pot is cranked over to one side and you still have 300mV off-set?

The 2K pot is adjusted to balance the plus and minus sections of the output.
