We've recently started up a Lecson Google Group for enthusiasts of the 1970's audio icon. Lecson was formed by Robert Stuart and Allen Boothroyd, who later went on to form Meridian. Stan Curtis later took over, adding a companion FM tuner and a range of unique speakers.
Lecson's flagship products were their flat panel preamplifier with multcolored slider controls and cylindrical amplifiers using the external casing as a heat sink.
Lecson's design efforts were recognized by major awards and placement in modern art museums around the world.
