Depletion mode?

Hi

Does anyone happen to know if there exists a P-channel depletion mode mosfet? Preferably one similar to this one in characteristics... http://www.supertex.com/pdf/datasheets/DN3525.pdf or http://www.supertex.com/pdf/misc/d_mode_mosfets_SG_device.pdf

Enhancement or depletion doesn't really matter, they would be used as a cascode in the VAS of a balanced bridge circuit (...attempt :dodgy: ). That is, they are used as a common gate amplifier. I have read that Trench type fets aren't good for audio, partly because of the input capacitance relation with Vds. I think from the data sheet the DN3525 would be a better part, or anything that is similar, but I can only find N-channel types, and of course at least rough complements are desired. Case style is completely open though since this circuit doesn't really exist yet.:) Is there anyone who makes a P-channel depletion mode mosfet? Does such a thing even exist?
