IAM GET A HISS OR TV SOUNDING NOISE ON LOW VOLUME
THAT SOUND WHEN DO NOT FIND A CHANEL ITS ABOUT 5 WATTS LOUD AMP ABOUT 100 WATTS IAM USING OPA134 i AM GUESSING need a capitor were the arrow points to not sure on the value also ihave pin 1 and 8 floating nc |

Just a few things
The cap you mention would have no influence on noise you describe..... Pin 1 and 8 are for offset trim and has nothing to do with you hum.... Whats the value of the resistors used ? Are your circuit placed inside the preamp case or in a separate closed metal case ? What kind of Power Supply do you use ? How are the ground connections made ?
