I have an older Cambridge P35 Integrated which sounds great but has a strange problem: the right channel has less bass. I contacted Cambridge, but they have no info/schematic on this model as it is from around the early 90's. If anyone has the schematic or knows where I may find it, please let me know! Thanks

Hi Andy A
Your problem is likely to be the capacitor in the feedback network losing its capacitance. Locate the capacitor in the feedback resistor that goes from the base on the transistor in the input long tail pair and to ground. It is likely to be of a value from 22u to 100uf. Roar |

wow, thanks for the help everyone. I wish I had some pictures to post, but the unit is with my friend who is a skilled technician. Next time I am there I will take some pictures of the front and back and insides of the unit and post them here. I will also relate the information to him regarding the likely problem with the P35. Thanks again, and if anyone has a schematic or knows where we can find one, please let me know.
