I originally posted this in 'analogue' but i think it may belong here...
I was interested in getting the PWX power supply for my lehmann black cube, but they are not currently CSA approved for sale in Canada. So, i figured I may be able to build one. According to stories on the web the new PWX uses a special 30VA toroid transformer that has a grounded isolation coil between the primary and secondary...obviousy i will not be able to source this, but i could start with a 30VA tranny and go from there. a couple questions though: Does anyone here know what the power requirements of the Black Cube are, or have experience build an upgraded PS? I have a PS i built for my bugle that runs about 15V, but... anyway, thanks for your help. B |
