Eagle package for IRFP9240

Hi,
does anybody have the Eagle package for IRFP9240 ?

It's the same as IRFP240

IRFP240 is N type, IRFP is P type, so, a far as I understand, they are different.

They have the same pinout.
Drawing two N-channels does not have to mean that you cannot solder one Nch and second Pch.

Teodoro, learn how to create new parts yourself, it's dead easy once you get the hang of it, and saves lots of time waiting for someone else to send you one.

Not even needed here.

Use the IRF530/9530 (from TRANS-PW.LBR) in the sheet, re-value them to IRFP240/9240
In the board, do a replace to TO247.
