Need help identifying a fuse replacement

Hi all,

I just pulled a blown fuse out of a Kenwood KA-6100 Integrated Amp. All the fuse says is "SOCV A 4A" (The first A is in a circle). Can someone tell me what to look for in a replacement? Thanks much.

4A SB 125V, and you didn't mention the size, but i'm guessing it's a 5x20mm cartridge fuse? or a 1/4x1" cartridge fuse?

Sorry for providing half-*** info...thanks for responding anyway. They are all 1 1/4 X 1/4. From the pic it looks like this:

1 - 250V 0.5A
2 - 250V 4A
3 - 250V 4A
4 - 250V 313 V4A
5 - SOCV "A" 4A (The "A" is in a circle)

That's all of the markings on number 5. Again, thank you very much for your help.
