Can I replace resistors R35 and R36 to 200 ohm multi-turn trimpot? Is there any disadvantages?

What you might do is perhaps change those resistors for two 50 ohm types and add a 100 ohm multiturn pot. You could zero DC and still be safe with the resistors.
