I too had a lightning hit take out my Yamaha RX-V690. I was listening to the stereo as a lightning storm was rolling in. I heard lightning crack, and saw a flash of light outside my window. After the hit, my stereo only hums loudly when I turn it on. Can anyone help me out with this problem?
thank you, Erik
