Question Is this MOSFET transistor?

I got few experiance on differentiate PNP and NPN transistors, but I got a transistor that doesn't same with other transistors that I bought, I got no idea that is PNP or NPN transistor, I was suspected it was a MOSFEET, but I really don't have any idea how to differentiate MOSFET TR, anyone know how?

Hi Mikka

There is a thread somewhere in this forum about measuring mosfets but I can't find it. Meanwhile take a look at this site: http://www.eatel.net/~amptech/elecdisc/tranfet.htm and this: http://www.eatel.net/~amptech/elecdisc/trnsistr.htm

Those part numbers sound like standard voltage regs to me.

Second that. They seem to be standard voltage regulators...
