Default New National driver chip for BIG amps

Received notice of this new chip in a National newsletter:

Of particular interest is the way it can be used to drive MOSFETs as outputs:

Thanks, odd I didn't notice it in a preliminary search.

And here I thought it was brand new - at least National talked as if it were.
